This site was done with Dreamco.
The Beacon Group is a very large non-profit organization in Tucson and Phoenix that works with mentally-disabled people to get them jobs, and get them to be as independant as they can be.
They are awesome.
This site was a complete redesign of what previously had been a very bare site (see: Design Philosophy).
The site contains hundreds of pages, and was my first truly CSS-based website, and the first time I really used includes in a website. I am still thankful that Greg, my boss at Dreamco, trusted me to do the design and most of the coding of this huge project.
It also my first real trial-by-fire with truly accessible websites - ones that can be used with screenreader software (we tested with JAWS), and the standards we set for this site ended up being the basis of my own standards.
This website took months to complete, and is currently being updated via Macromedia Contribute 3 by the company, relatively autonomously.
